Terms & Eligibility for Refund

• 7–10 Days Return Window: You must initiate your return request within 7 to 10 days of parcel delivery by courier.
• Original Condition: Products must be unworn, undamaged, and clean. All original tags, packaging box, shoe accessories, extra laces, and gifts must be returned in their original condition.
• Packaging Protection: Do not stick adhesive tape, courier labels, or write directly onto the original shoe box. Wrap the shoe box in a flyer, bag, or outer parcel box before handing it to the courier.
• Manufacturing Faults or Quality Issues: If you receive a defective or incorrect pair, Hopkicks covers 100% of the return courier fee and issues an instant replacement or full cash refund upon verification.
• Size Exchanges: Ordered the wrong size? We happily offer quick size exchanges! Standard courier delivery charges apply for size exchanges.
• Sale & Discounted Items: Items purchased on clearance sale, bundle deals, or special discount promotions are not eligible for cash refunds, but can be exchanged for any other size or item with a standard handling fee of PKR 500.

How to Claim Your Refund or Exchange

1. Contact Our Support Team: Message us on WhatsApp at 0313-0056265 or email hopkicks.pk@gmail.com with your Order Number and quick photos/videos of the product.
2. Fulfillment Address: Our team will confirm your request and provide our Islamabad warehouse address for the return.
3. Dispatch via Courier: Send the parcel back via any courier (TCS, Trax, Leopard, Call Courier, or M&P) and share the tracking receipt with our WhatsApp agent.
4. Fast Inspection & Payout: Once your package arrives and passes quick quality inspection, your refund will be transferred within 72 hours via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash!
