A: For orders within Pakistan, standard delivery charges apply nationwide (FREE shipping on orders over PKR 3,500). Delivery charges for international orders vary depending on weight and destination.
Q: How long does the delivery take?
A: Ideally, our delivery anywhere across Pakistan takes 1–2 working days via TCS or Trax.
Q: Will I get a tracking ID?
A: Yes, absolutely. After dispatching your order from our Islamabad fulfillment warehouse, we will send you a verified courier tracking ID via SMS and WhatsApp.
Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Direct Bank Transfer, and Easypaisa. For international orders, we accept direct bank transfer or Western Union.
Q: Can I inspect or try the products before buying?
