• Major Metropolitan Cities (1 – 2 Business Days): Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Faisalabad, Multan, Sialkot, and Gujranwala.
• Secondary Cities & Urban Centers (2 – 3 Business Days): Hyderabad, Quetta, Abbottabad, Bahawalpur, Gujrat, Sargodha, Sukkur, Mardan, and surrounding areas.
• Remote & Extended Coverage Areas (3 – 4 Business Days): Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK), Gilgit-Baltistan, Interior Sindh, and remote districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa & Balochistan.

3. Order Processing & Same-Day Dispatch

• Same-Day Dispatch: Orders confirmed before 4:00 PM PKT (Monday through Saturday) are thoroughly inspected, packed, and handed over to couriers the same day from our central warehouse in Islamabad.
• Order Verification: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our customer care team may send a prompt WhatsApp confirmation message prior to dispatch to ensure swift delivery.
• Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders placed on Sundays or gazetted public holidays are dispatched on the immediate next operational business day.

We provide complete end-to-end visibility for your shipment:

5. Payment Methods Accepted

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay cash to the courier rider upon delivery at your doorstep anywhere in Pakistan. (Please note: A 4% logistics fee will be charged on all Cash on Delivery orders to cover courier cash handling and transit security).
• Direct Online Bank Transfer & Raast: Secure instant payment to our official business bank account. Share your payment confirmation screenshot on WhatsApp for instant clearance with 0% logistics fee.
• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Rapid mobile wallet transfers available upon checkout or via our WhatsApp support desk (0% logistics fee).

6. Packaging Protection & Handover Protocol

• Box Protection Guarantee: Every pair of sneakers is securely double-boxed or enveloped in heavy-duty tamper-evident courier packaging to safeguard original shoe boxes and accessories during transit.
• Delivery Handover: Please ensure your contact phone number is reachable on the scheduled delivery day. If you need to reschedule or redirect your parcel, contact our WhatsApp team right away.
